No Bake Fizzy Cotton Candy Mini Cheesecakes

A cotton candy firework pop in every bite. Golden Oreo base, layered with sweet, creamy cheesecake filling, loaded with Fizzy Cotton Candy!

This No Bake Cheesecake recipe is great for any Independence Day picnic, barbeque, or party! With only 8 ingredients you can create a tasty treat that’s both festive and delicious. And best of all, there’s no oven required!

Each piece of Fizzy Cotton Candy is packed full of firework fun and delicious Cotton Candy flavor. Add a fun 4th of July Decoration and serve to your guests this summer!

Tools You Will Need:

  • Hand Mixer
  • 2 Large Bowls
  • Silicone Cupcake Pan
  • Small Bowl
  • Fork
  • Measuring Cups (Dry and Liquid)
  • Spatula
  • Fridge or Freezer


  • Golden Oreos (12)
  • Milk (for soaking Oreos)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Cotton Candy Flavoring
  • 1 ½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 ½ cups Fizzy Cotton Candy


  1. Pour ½ an inch of Milk (of your choice) into a small bowl and soak both sides of 12 Golden Oreos.
  2. Place 1 milk-soaked Oreo into the bottom of each cupcake tin.
  3. We recommend using a Silicone Cupcake Tin for this recipe.
  4. In a cold bowl, use a hand mixer to whip the Heavy Whipping Cream until stiff peaks form. Set it aside.
  5. Alternatively, you can use Cool Whip instead of mixing your own Whipped Cream!
  6. In a different bowl, use the hand mixer to beat the cream cheese on its own until smooth.
  7. With the mixer on low, add in the powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
  8. Add the Sour Cream and Cotton Candy Flavoring. Mix till combined.
  9. Next, fold in the whipped cream, careful not to deflate.
  10. Last, fold in the Fizzy Cotton Candy, leaving some for decoration.
  11. Scoop the Cheesecake mixture into the cupcake tin on top of the Golden Oreos. Smooth the tops with a small spatula.
  12. Top with the remaining Fizzy Cotton Candy pieces.
  13. Chill the Mini Cheesecakes in the fridge or freezer for at least 2 hours or overnight.
