Double Cookie Dough Ice Cream Cake 

Ingredients:

- 13oz package of chocolate chip cookies

- 3 tbsp butter, melted

- 1qt chocolate ice cream

- 1qt chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream

- 1/3 cup chocolate syrup

- 1/2 cup Eventful Sweets Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough topping

- 1/2 cup Eventful Sweets Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough topping

- Toppings: whipped cream, more cookie dough & chocolate syrup drizzle

Directions:

1. In a food processor or high-speed blender, finely blend cookies. Remove 1/4 cup of the cookie crumbles to use for later. Add melted butter to the remaining cookie crumbles and mix until well combined.

2. Remove ice cream from the freezer for about 7-10 minutes to soften

3. Press the cookie crumbles mixed with butter onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Add chocolate ice cream and spread evenly on top of the cookie crust.

4. Add chocolate syrup, the remaining 1/4 cup cookie crumbles, and cookie dough, then top with a layer of the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream

5. Cover and set in the freezer for at least 8 hours

6. Before enjoying, remove from the springform pan, and top with whipped cream, more cookie dough, and chocolate syrup & ENJOY! ✨
