Cheesecake Balls

Ingredients (per 10 balls):

- 1lb Cheesecake Bites

- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (I did half dark chocolate, half white chocolate)

- 2 tbsp coconut oil

- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers


1. Remove the cheesecake bites from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for 15 mins

2. Add cheesecake bites to a large bowl & using a spoon or your hands, smash until a dough consistency has formed

3. Grabbing a large tablespoon of dough, roll it into even balls. Place on a baking sheet and freeze for 10-15 mins.

4. Before removing the balls from the freezer, prep your chocolate. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20-second increments, stirring in between until the chocolate has melted. Add the coconut oil and mix until fully dissolved to help with a thin, easy drizzle!

5. Drizzle the top of the balls with chocolate, top with crushed graham crackers, and ENJOY!
