Candy Stuffed Cookies

Ingredients

-1 stick of butter, softened.

-1/2 cup white sugar

-1/2 cup packed light brown sugar.

-1 large egg

-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

-1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour

-3 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix

-1/2 teaspoon baking soda

-1/2 teaspoon salt

-1/2 cup each of your choice of Eventful Sweets chopped candy. This recipe features our Chopped Butterfinger®, Twix®, and Reese’s Cups®

Directions:

●Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

●Beat together butter and sugar until combined and fluffy. Add egg + vanilla and mix again.

●Add in all dry ingredients, and mix.

●Fold in candy mix-ins and roll into balls.

●Bake for 10-12 minutes!
