Apple Pie Energy Balls

Ingredients (makes 15 balls):

- 1 cup almonds

- 1 cup pecans

- 1 cup Flat Pie Chips

- 1.5 cups pitted dates

- 1 cup dried apples

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp vanilla

- Pinch of salt

Directions:

1. Add almonds, pecans, and Eventful Sweets Flat Pie Chips to a food processor or high-speed blender and blend into a fine mixture. Remove from the food processor and set aside.

2. Add dates and dried apples to the food processor and blend into a thick, almost paste-like mixture

3. Add the nut mixture back into the processor, along with the cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Blend well until evenly combined - you may need to stop the food processor and mix with a spoon intermittently.

4. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, roll the mixture into balls & ENJOY!

*Keep stored in the fridge for up to 1 week
