Ingredients:

• 4 tbsp All Purpose Flour

• 2 tbsp White Granulated Sugar

• 1 tsp Baking Powder

• 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

• Pinch of Salt

• 2 tbsp Pumpkin puree

• ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

• 3 tbsp Milk

• Eventful Sweets Cinnamon Streusel to taste

• Eventful Sweets English Straw Toffee to taste

• Whipped Cream

Directions:

- Mix all Dry Ingredients in a bowl.

- Mix all Wet Ingredients in a separate bowl.

- Combine the Dry and Wet ingredients. Mix well and scrap the bottom of the bowl to ensure no dry bits are left behind.

- Pour batter into your (microwave safe) mug of choice.

- Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Check to ensure the cake has cooked all the way through with a fork or toothpick. Cook on 30 second intervals till cooked.

- Top with Whipped Cream, Eventful Sweets Straw Toffee Bits, and Eventful Sweets Cinnamon Streusel.
