No Egg Peanut Butter Blondies

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1 Whole Egg (or egg replacement)
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Either line an 8” square pan with parchment or use oil or butter to grease the pan.
- In a medium size mixing bowl, mix the peanut butter, honey, egg or egg replacement, salt, and baking soda together till well combined. The batter with be thick and sticky.
- Fold in the Eventful Sweets Peanut Butter Chips.
- Using a spatula or scraper, pour the batter into the prepared pan and then smooth the top down.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is a light golden-brown color.
- Let the blondies cool completely (DO NOT attempt to cut until cool. The blondies will break as they are still fragile when hot).
- When cooled, cut into squares.
- Plate or store in an airtight container in your fridge.
