Ingredients:

• 1 box Instant Vanilla Pudding

• ½ tsp mint extract

• ¼ cup Eventful Sweets Large Chop Peppermint, plus more for garnish

• 3 large scoops vanilla ice cream

• Eventful Sweets Crushed Peppermint (for garnish)

• Vanilla buttercream (for garnish)

• ¼ cup milk (adjust for desired consistency)

Instructions:
