Mint Oreo Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

Ingredients:

- 20 ice cream sandwiches

- 16 oz cool whip

- 1 cup Chopped Andes Mints

- 10 Oreos, crushed or 2 cups Chopped Cookies N Creme

- Chocolate sauce - measure with your heart!

Directions:

1. Unwrap 10 of your ice cream sandwiches and place them evenly to cover the bottom of a 9x13 pan

2. Evenly spread 8 oz cool whip on top of the ice cream sandwiches, then add chopped Andes mints, crushed Oreos & a drizzle of chocolate sauce

3. Repeat steps 1-2 on top of the first layer & freeze for at least 2 hours

4. Remove from the freezer immediately before serving and ENJOY!
