Harvest Buddies is a delightful twist on the classic Muddy Buddies recipe, bringing the warm flavors of apple pie into a crunchy, sweet snack perfect for fall pot lucks. Made with Eventful Sweets Flat Pie Chips, White Chocolate Chips 1M, and a dash of apple pie spice, this treat is easy to whip up and impossible to resist. The combination of crisp pie chips coated in white chocolate, powdered sugar, and apple pie spice gives every bite a nostalgic, cozy taste that’s perfect for Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, or any autumn event!
Whether you're hosting or attending a festive celebration, Harvest Buddies can be made ahead of time and stored in the freezer, making it the ideal no-stress dessert. Ingredients:
- ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 tsp Apple Pie Spice
Instructions:
- Measure out the ½ cup of Powdered Sugar and 1 tsp of Apple Pie Spice. Set aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt ¾ cup of Eventful Sweets White Chocolate Chips 1M in the microwave.
- Tip: Microwave the chocolate chips in 10 second intervals, making sure to mix the chocolate as it melts.
- In a medium size bowl, pour in the ½ lb of Eventful Sweets Flat Pie Chips and 1 tsp of Apple Pie Spice.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the Pie Chips bowl and mix well to combine.
- Pour in the ½ cup of Powdered Sugar and mix to coat each piece.
- Add the second tsp of Apple Pie Spice on top. Mix well!
- Either serve in a serving dish or keep in your freezer until your event!
