Ingredients:

-2 Cups of Eventful Sweets Chopped Double Filled Creme Cookies

-16 TBS Butter

-1.5 Quart Cookies N Cream Ice Cream

Tools:

-Plastic Baggies

-Microwave Safe Dish

-Microwave

-Pan for layer the ingredients

-Parchment or Wax Paper

-Spatula or Small Cup

-Freezer

Instructions:

1. In a plastic bag, finely crush the Chopped Double Filled Creme Cookies. Set half aside.
2. Melt half the butter in a microwave safe dish, set the other 8 TBS to the side.
3. Combine the crushed Chopped Double Filled Creme Cookes with the melted butter. Stir to combine.
4. Transfer mixture to prepared pan (lined with parchment or wax paper). Use Spatula or bottom of a small glass to press cookie crust flat. Let chill in freezer for about 30 minutes. At this point, take out your cookies & cream ice cream to begin thawing.
5. Take out your chilled cookie crush and begin scooping your slightly thawed ice cream on top. Make sure it is smooth and level on top.
6. Freeze for 1-2 hours. The surface should be firm to touch.
7. Melt the remaining 8 TBS of butter in the microwave and combine with the remaining crushed Chopped Double Filled Creme Cookies.
8. Spread the mixture on top of the Ice Cream. Use a Spatula or the bottom of a small cup to flatten. Be gentle and do not press too hard, the ice cream may still be soft/slightly thawed in the middle.
9. Let freeze for another hour before cutting and serving.
